Fall Programs: We are happy to showcase a number of new programs for the fall at the parish. We invite you to find one that speaks to you and sign up. The RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) is a formation process for adults to learn about and join the Catholic Church. We meet every Thursday 7:00-9:00 pm, beginning October 1st. In our parish, the RCIA formation extends to: Unbaptized adults (of any religious background); Christians baptized in other denominations seeking full communion with the Catholic Church and adult Baptized Catholics who never received First Communion or Confirmation. We invite Parishioners, who would like to serve as sponsors/mentors for the RCIA candidates to join the program this year. For all interested, please contact: [email protected] LITURGY OF ADORATION AND HEALING is a new and special devotion offered by Fr. Rajesh. It combines prayers for physical, emotional, or spiritual restoration with contemplative worship, moments of silence, meditative chants and adoration of Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament. During the Liturgy, an opportunity for individual/family Benediction will be offered. This devotion will take place the very last Friday of the month at 7:00 pm. No registration needed. Everyone is invited. In 2025-2026, we launched LIFE TEEN at our parish for youth in grades 7-12. LIFE TEEN is where faith comes alive, friendships are formed, and most importantly, we encounter Jesus Christ in the Eucharist together! We invite you to join us every second and fourth Friday at Blessed Sacrament Church from 7 PM to 9 PM. We’ll have fun games, food and faith-filled discussions. For parents, if you haven’t already registered your kids, email our Youth Ministry Coordinators at [email protected] PRAYER MINISTRY: The purpose of this ministry is to support members of our parish community through prayer. Parishioners with prayer intentions or special requests are encouraged to send them to [email protected] These intentions will be shared among members of the prayer ministry for continued support. The group will gather weekly in the church on Thursday evenings at 6:00 PM to pray together as a community for the submitted intentions. MINISTRY TO MEN: Join us on Tuesday, Oct. 13th at 7:45pm in the Parish Hall following evening Mass for our first meeting this fall. This year we will be exploring a couple of different areas (Discipleship and Prayer) that challenge us in our day-to-day walk as Catholic men. We are called to model Christ to our families, but how can we do this? Ministry to Men seeks to equip us for this challenge in a world hostile to strong Christian faith, through fellowship, study (various videos), sharing and prayer with other Christian men. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month in the fall and winter. For more information, contact: Roy Smith at 519-656-3291 or Ian Mendes at 519-755-9580. WIDOWS AND WIDOWERS: 2W’s will meet for lunch on October 6, 2026, at Grama’s Kitchen, 751 Victoria St. S. at 12 noon. Remember to wear your Fall colors!!! HOLY MASS INTENTIONS (October 3-11)
