Leo XIV is the New Pope Loving God, we offer our humble prayers for your servant, Pope Leo XIV, as he begins his pontificate. Grant him wisdom and strength to guide the Church with love and compassion, following in the footsteps of your Son, Jesus Christ. May his leadership bring healing and unity to all your people, and may he be a beacon of hope for the world. We ask for your blessings upon him, your guidance, and your peace. AMEN WELCOME FR. ALEKS, THE NEW PASTOR
We’re happy to announce that Father Aleksander Mazur, SAC, will be joining Blessed Sacrament Parish as our new Pastor on June 25. Originally from Poland, Fr. Aleks is a Pallottine priest with many years of pastoral and teaching experience, including time in Rome, the UK, and right here in our Diocese from 2006. Most recently, he served at St. Gabriel Parish in Burlington. Let us keep Fr. Aleks in our prayers as he prepares to join our parish family—we look forward to welcoming him with open hearts! FAREWELL TO FR. LUKE
After three years of the ministry as our pastor, we will be saying goodbye to Fr. Luke. His final weekend with us will be June 21–22. There will be an opportunity to greet him and shake hands after the Masses. We invite you to join us for our Parish Picnic on Saturday, June 21, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM—a joyful event Fr. Luke helped bring back to our parish calendar. On Sunday, June 22, we will also celebrate our Parish Feast Day—Corpus Christi, the Solemnity of the Body and Blood of Christ. The 11:45 AM Mass will conclude with a Eucharistic Procession, a beautiful expression of our faith and unity. |
